Principles of Internal Auditing

This training course will explain the fundamentals of internal auditing for food growers, manufacturers, packagers and distributors. Learners will learn the audit process from start to finish and be able to plan your audit, conduct your audit, document your findings, hold your opening and closing meetings. This course will meet any internal auditor training requirements for GFSI certification standards and other standards.

Advanced HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)

This training course is a must have for your entire HACCP team. Learners will learn what HACCP is and go through all 12 steps of developing and implementing a HACCP Plan. Our Advanced HACCP course is led by certified instructors and accredited by the International HACCP Alliance. This course will meet any HACCP training requirements for GFSI certification standards and other standards.

FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food/Animal Food (PCQI)

The Preventive Controls for Human Food/Animal Food training is designed to help prepare you to meet the FSMA PCQI requirements. Our FSPCA Lead Instructors will use the FDA-recognized materials to help your team develop and implement preventive controls. This course will meet the PCQI requirements for FSMA.

Food Fraud

The ASI Food Fraud training course is great for anyone involved with developing and maintaining their site’s Food Fraud Plan. Learners will learn how to develop and implement a Food Fraud Plan which includes how to complete a vulnerability assessment and plan mitigation strategies.

Food Defense

The ASI Food Defense training is great for both Food Defense Coordinators and Front-Line Employees. This training will go over the basics of food defense and how employees should alert management when they see anything suspicious (see something, say something). Additionally, this course will take an even deeper dive into food defense by educating learners on how to complete a vulnerability assessment and plan mitigation strategies.

Food Safety 101

This training course is a great for both new employee on-boarding and refresher training for more experienced employees. This training will review the fundamentals of food safety and microbiology. Learners will be able to apply these practical applications throughout their day-to-day activities to better support your facility.

Allergen Management

The Allergen Management training course will help your employees understand the importance of allergen management, preventing cross contamination, and labeling. Learners will be able to apply what they have learned in this course to their day-to-day activities to better support your facility.

Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

This training course is great for both new employee on-boarding and refresher training. Learners will review the basics of cGMPs and be able to apply those principles in their current positions. Our expert instructors will even tailor this training to your site’s specific cGMP policy in place (if applicable).
