Q1: How do I access the online training platform?
Once you complete the payment for the course, an email with a link to the online training platform will be sent to you. This email will include all the necessary details and instructions for accessing your course materials. If you do not receive the email shortly after payment, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact our support team for assistance.
Q2: Do I have to have a camera and microphone?
Yes, you must have a camera and microphone as the sessions are interactive and participants are encouraged to interact.
Q3: What if I cannot attend the training?
If you cannot attend the training, please inform us as soon as possible by contacting info@asifood.com or 1-800-477-0778. You have the option to enroll in the next class or get a refund. Refer to the refund policy.
Q4: Will the training session be recorded?
Training sessions are not recorded, and participants are not allowed to record the session.
Q5: How do I receive my Certificate of Attendance?
Upon successful completion of the course, including any required assessments or assignments, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance. The certificate will be sent out to you via email that you used for registration in the course within a week.
Q6: Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my enrollment?
Our refund policy allows for cancellations up to 5 days before the course’s start date.
ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR:
Harmeet Dosanjh is the Director of Training & Consulting Services at ASI, leveraging nearly two decades of food safety consulting and training experience to help businesses ensure safe and quality food for their customers. Harmeet’s expertise in regulatory compliance, HACCP, GFSI standards and quality assurance has allowed her to work with a variety of clients in the food industry, from small startups to multinational corporations.
Harmeet is an Approved Training Partner (ATP) for BRCGS, an SQFI Certified Trainer and Consultant, Lead Instructor for FSPCA Preventive Control for Human food, and an experienced FSSC trainer. She graduated with a master’s degree in food safety from Michigan State University and she’s well versed in the U.S, European, China Food Laws and Regulations with Global Regulations of food contact substances-Packaging.
Harmeet’s approach to food safety training and consulting is rooted in collaboration and partnership, often working closely with clients to curate customized solutions that meet their specific requirements. Whether it's developing and implementing a HACCP plan or FDA Food Safety Plan-Preventive control for human food, conducting a food safety internal audit, SOPs, forms or providing training, Harmeet is a true Food Safety and Quality Management System professional who’s committed to delivering results that exceed expectations.
