For decades, we’ve stood behind our slogan, “We Make Certification Easy!” But what does it really mean?
How Does ASI Make Certification Easy?
We certainly aren’t cutting corners or making any of the audits easier. No, our goal is to simplify an otherwise complicated process that can seem intimidating and oftentimes overwhelming.
ASI’s unbeatable customer service allows our clients to find out what certification they need and quickly get scheduled with an auditor in one fell swoop. We are there to hold your hand throughout the entire certification process, not letting go until the audit and corrective action process is complete and you are ready to share your official certificate with the world.
Fail an audit? Our technical team will give you the tools you need to continuously improve.
Pass an audit? Our marketing team can be your megaphone. 📣
Still unsure what audit you need? Our dedicated account managers can bring you from confused to certified with minimal stress. (We have a 97% customer satisfaction rating to prove it.)
As a formerly family-owned company now operating under the global TIC company, Kiwa, ASI uniquely combines the hands-on customer centric approach of a small business with the widespread capabilities of an international conglomerate to truly simplify the food safety certification process.
How Can I Switch Certification Bodies?
If you are ready to break up with your current Certification Body (CB) and see if ASI is your perfect match, our simplified process does not exclude new clients who often reach out after a frustrating experience with another CB. Much like getting a new internet provider or pivoting to a different cell phone company, making the switch to a new CB can seem tedious, time consuming, and potentially costly.
In reality, transitioning to ASI from another CB only takes 1-2 days. And in 3 easy steps….
STEP 1: Meet with your new Account Manager and your staff scheduler.
STEP 2: Send us your most current certificate, last audit report and proof that your non-conformances have been closed out from the most recent audit.
STEP 3: Answer the following yes/no questions:
- Has your facility had any suspensions or withdrawals of certification?
- Has your facility been involved in any recalls within the last 12 months?
- Have there been any changes in the ownership since certification was achieved?
- Do you have any unresolved complaints against your organization?
- What is the last date of your unannounced audit?
It’s important to collect this information at the very start to ensure the audit window remains the same as it was with the previous Certification Body.
“Getting a new CB doesn’t mean you’ll be able to switch your audit window, but we promise the juice is worth the squeeze,” says Joe Yeager, ASI Account Manager.
At ASI, we are here to make certification less complicated, not less compliant! We take pride in making the certification process easy without cutting corners because we are more than just a certification body.
We are your trusted partners in progress, here to help you continuously improve.
